Storage & Packaging

As a manufacturer of Quality Oils, one of our most important considerations is storage & packaging for a carefully distilled product of high quality can be rendered valueless by bad storage condition or packaging.

Accordingly, in the BIO EXTRACTS factory, considerable care is taken to ensure that the oils after distillation are filtered and dried (water is a cause of deterioration). The oils are stored in clean containers, free of air (oxidation), and away from heat and sunlight. After a period of maturation, the oils are packed in well cleaned, dry waterproof containers for export.

The packing materials are Epoxy coated Iron Drums, Epoxy coated Plastic Drums, Aluminum Cans & Bottles etc.,depending on the type of oil and the quantity. Bulk packagings are in Iron Drums and Aluminum Cans, and Retail Packing is done in Aluminum / Glass Bottles ranging from 10ml to 1000ml.
