In raw material testing, much attention is given to the preservation of authenticity of raw material, while ensuring the absence of adulterates and contamination. The preparation of the raw material for processing is carefully monitored. Tests based on physical examination, macroscopic as well as microscopic, are carried out to determine the authenticity of the raw material. Finish product quality is periodically checked by acknowledge institutions.
